Hi, I'm writing to complain about Woolworth's staff lying to me and what I think is deceptive sales tags. This has been my experience at Woolworths Colonnades, Colonnades Shopping Centre, Noalunga SA. Staff lying when asked about products, they will say anything so you will go away. I've been told "that Milk is not made anymore and it's the producer's choice not "Woolworths" for the Milk to be back next time I'm there. I've been told that those apples are out of season. I've found them at my local IGA. I get great service there. The misleading yellow sales tags that say "any" two or three for $x amount. Even though the tag doesn't show any difference the way they go through at the register varies. It can be either any or (this is where I feel I'm being ripped off) to Quote the manager " it's any of the same flavour only and you can not have a mix of flavours even if they are all compliant with the yellow sales tags". So because I'm being ripped off at the register I like others who are offended by this either shop elsewhere or use the self service registers. Here is where you only scan one of the "any two for" twice. That way we get the advertised deal. I'm not stealing, I'm just making sure you do not rip me off I know you have automated re-ordering systems that are getting incorrect information, but that's not my problem. When the product range is not good I'll shop elsewhere. I'm only telling you about this because I was complaining about this to Michael who is the only person in that shop that I actually gives a dam about the customer.
