Wilmington News Journal Contact number, Address, Customer Service

My complaint is an issue with billing. I understand the new world of technology and how everything is electronic or online. However, I purchase the paper for my elderly father who has been reading the paper for over 30 years. Because he is on a fixed income, computer challenged, do not own a computer. I have taken over his payments for the past several years and find it challenging to keep up with the continuous increase in the payment. It appears the paper payment inflates yearly or more. I have seen other elderly individuals cut way back on there weekly delivery due to the payment. Not only has the price is always going up, the paper seems to be shrinking right before our eyes. I think it's unfair to the older population/generation who are use to reading a hard copy of the daily paper and because of the modern technology their finding it hard to afford. I would like to continue purchasing the paper for my 80 year old father, but I am finding it difficult to keep paying this high price for the daily paper. I am very sad for the older generation who likes to read a hard copy of the paper My email address: yllehstwo@aol.com.
