Dear Sir/Madam, I am emailing you about one of your products. The one in question is your four foot Multi-colour Star L. E, D, Tree with multi-Function L. E. Ds. All it does it just flashes NO STATIC when purchased w where told it had this function NO FLASHING. It was NOT OPENED for a few days. It drove us nuts I tried to phone you at Head Office, the three times I tried I was on line for ten minutes NO ONE ANSWERED so a waste of 30 minutes and the costs. I phoned the Portsmouth Store and was told once again it had Static mode. I explained I could not return it to the Store as it would have cost me £10. 00 plus in taxi fares and was told the store would not pay it, I am over 75 have a heart condition and almost blind in one eye. I have purchased £15 set of lights which are Static and not use the tree ones. I like the shape of the tree, but cannot stand the flashing which will give me a headache. So I am out of pocket on a tree who, s lights I cannot use 30 minutes of phone bill and lastly £15 worth oh light to make the tree look festive.
