I am writing in regards to select motorwerks located at 6927 hwy 36s in rosenberg, tx 77471. 832. 595. 2020
employees there are not being paid correctly, there is no time clocks and the pay isnt correct. Pay is cash under the table so its not reported for having many employees, but they have 15-20 employees. The towing companies bring in roughly 75% cash, so its not reported to anyone. Alot are illegals, so they have no rights how they are getting paid. We have no safety stations or signs. They also run under multiple business's known as Select towing, lone star towing, gutierrez towing, all american towing. The work enviroment is unsafe, cars leak oils and fluids into the ground. Oils and filters that are contaminated are thrown in trash that gets picked up and taken to landfill. Cars are painted outside the paint booth in the open, and the paint goes all into the air. I heard they have not paid there taxes correctly in many yers. They have other business that rent from them on the property that pay rent under table, non report
