The Sri Ramaswamy Memorial University (SRM) is a private, co-educational university with main campus located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The University has four campuses in Tamil Nadu and three campuses in other parts of India. It was established in the year 1986 as SRM Institute of Science and Technology and it attained the status of University in the year 2006.
