Simple Mobile 24 Hour Contact Number and Email Address

I heard a radio advertisement for your unlimited data plan last week. I've been looking for a new provider since I get throttled with my existing plan near the end of every month. One of my main needs for data is GPS -- ironically it doesn't take much data for this I'm told). Nevertheless, I'm lost without my phone, literally. I received my new simplymobile nano SIM card and plan in the mail today. I had expected it yesterday which fit with my timetable of being last day of Straighttalk service. I started the conversion process at 1130ish am. It is now 3pm and I'm told that you're mailing me another SIM card, set to arrive Thursday - five days. The representative on the phone was very pleasant, but took forever with a resolution that I needed to contact Straighttalk. I then called Straighttalk to release the number. The subsequent exchange with your office was through the online system, as my wife left on errands with her phone. I found them both to be professional, but the latter, truly unwilling to help.computers do not have a mind of their own. People write code, and people have different levels of access. After spending four and a half hours trying to activate a SIM card, I believe there should be absolute effort made to secure the process is done in a timely manner It is wholly unacceptable that I wait a week for a plan I paid for and spent four+ hours trying to remedy -- with no real guarantee that it won't happen again in five days. Who do I talk to to get assurances that this can be expedited and that this won't happen to other people?
