SGI is Associated With and Known as:
SGI which stands for Soka Gakkai International which was established on 26th January of the year 1975 in Tokyo, Japan. SGI is an non government organization of Japan whose thought was raised during the War of Japanese. The organization is based on the Buddhism religious beliefs. SGI was developed by the number of persons namely Shakyamuni who was the originator of the Buddhism, Lotus Sutra who was related to Buddhist Mahayana, Nichiren who was staying in Japan for a huge time as a priest of Buddhism and he watched and Felt the pain of poor people during the war Due to which he came into the thought of the SGI. The SGI is expanded almost all over the Japan and also other surrounding countries.
The members of SGI are selected from about 192 countries and are working in different branches of SGI which are counted almost 94 in number. These branches are rendering their help and support to every person who was in need. The SGI also arranged some schools for the children of backward or lower status. The SGI managed their own health centres where the needy patients are treated with no or low charges. SGI remains always first whenever any natural disaster or damage occurred. The authorities of the organization not only donate but also render their own campaigns for the affected people.
