Im living in Dubai - UAE, after i sent my Samsung galaxy note five to Samsung maintenance in to replace the motherboard on 15 Jul with cost 900 AED, they broke my phone screen and after three weeks they decide to replace the screen and still need to charge me for the motherboard, i told them the phone value after this should be less, i asked for descount, but they refused, i sent them many emails and calls, but no one solving my issue, why i need to pay 900 AED after they broke my screen, even if they fix it for me, please help, i am asking for descount not free.

Before 25 months, i bought four electronic product from Samsung in erzurum in Turkey. Fridge, dish washer, washing machine and vacuum cleaner. Except fridge, all of them was broken. The latest one is related to vacuum cleaner. The warranty of product is two years. When we used it two years and one week, it was broken. I took it to the mechanic service. They did not accept warranty. They took 130 Turkish Liras from me. They said they changed the motor of vacuum cleaner. The motor power was 2200 watt. But after the change it was not 800 or 900 watt. It was very bad. I told it Samsung customary service many times. They did not call me. They did not care my situation. Finally i took vacuum cleaner to the mechanic seevice again August 16, , but no one still called me. That is terrible. That is very bad service. Samsung is a great firm, but that is really shame. Please contact me. My vacuum cleaner is away from home at least one month. I hope you will solve my problem.

We bought a garbage fridge fron Samsung about six years ago. We had a problem just after a year. Then we have ice build up under vegetable draws. They come to fix and the whole panel inside is cracked in a few places. The refrigeration guy said it came this way and the it's a manufacturers problem and they request to replace it. We paid 1, 500 with tax on this piece of junk and Samsung wants to give us $225. 00. This is not acceptable because it was broken from the day we purchased it, I am totally disgusted in this company. We are retired and can not afford to replace a fridge that is ONLY six years old. We need it replaced I will put on social media if not resolved and on you tube DISGUSTED?.
