Hi DMV, I sold my truck and did the notice responsibility release form online on the DMV web. Today I receive the new registration tag I do not own the truck anymore. Why did I receive the tag? And what should I do wth the tag?

I have had a terrible experience when trying to fill out the required application as part of the process of renewing my Driver's License. The people who work in the support center, have flatly refused to assist and the phone number for service is so busy and will tie people up for hours. Given the Holiday Season this could be a disaster. I could not send the application because of and Id or Password problem. Tried many times to get assistance, but this proved to be futile. I am concerned that when I go to my appointment, and the application is not correct, not because I did not input the correct information, but because the system on your end rejected all of my efforts. Entered and re entered until I realized that nothing worked. Your staff just threw their hands up and said that there was nothing they could do and deferred me to the 800 number, and after many attempts could not get through. So, please come up with a viable solution, other than standing in line at the DMV office for hours, in the cold, hoping I will be acknowledged and treated with dignity and respect.
