Mobility Car : Toyota RAV4 Hybrid Reg No: PE16CKJ Hello, Just a short note to advise you how pleased I am with Pye Motors Bodyshop in Morecambe repairs to my Motability car. I have been a Motability Customer since 1986. Thank you for your letter received following my two claims in the last few months. I know these letters are sent out routinely, but I believe I should bring your attention to the fact that neither incident was my fault. I live in a purpose built apartment for a disabled person or elderly people. I and my wife are the youngest residence, and lots of residents have carers 3-4 times per day. The first claim I made was caused by a carer, name unknown as I was in hospital at that time. The second claim was as I was leaving our static caravan entrance /exit which has a blind corner both left and right. I pulled out right and there was a large HGV over the white line, it clipped the front of my RAV4, but I was forced to pull into the hawthorn hedge, otherwise the HGV would have hit me. Regretfully, pulling into the hedge caused numerous scratches on the passenger side. When my three years lease ends in 2019, I will be extending my lease by a further two years as my RAV4 has done under 2, 500 miles. It is valeted very two weeks.
