Parrot AR Drone Contact Number and Email Address

I am writing to advise you of my utter disappointment with your product. About a year and a half ago I purchased a Bebop drone and have had nothing, but trouble with it, mainly with the batteries. The batteries do not last any time at all. I have owned this thing for about a year and a half and have only been able to fly it for about 20 hours MAX. I have been sent replacement batteries, but the same problem. Some of them do not even work when removed from the package. I have followed your instructions to the letter regarding storage and charging, but all to no avail. I do believe you are supplying these items with older stock, which does not help my situation at all. Very expensive paperweight. I paid over $500 for the thing and could have saved money renting a Cessna and pilot. Several times I tried to fly it with the grandkids, but it wouldn't get off the ground. I am tired of calling customer support and writing emails which, incidentally are incorrectly posted on your site. I tried several times to email you however they would not go through. Also contacted customer support who gave me incorrect addresses. When it did work ok it was fun to fly, but nowhere near the aggravation of having it sit uselessly in my storage room. Furthermore I have contacted several other owners who listed their Parrots for sale on Kijiji, but every one informed me that they were getting rid of it because of the batteries. I will never purchase another one of your products nor recommend them to anyone. I have never bought anything any less reliable or more disappointing. Truly disgusted. BW Taylor.
