Otterbox Contact Number and Email Address

I just wanted to write to someone at otterbox and let them know how well their product performed in a recent "accident" with my grandson's cell phone. As we were leaving the Hyatt Place Hotel in Topeka, KS, on Sunday, July 17, my great-grandson was carrying his dad's phone (watching a video) to the elevator. Upon entering the elevator he and his cousin were hurrying to push the buttons when the cell phone was knocked from his hand. As luck would have it, the phone slid across the floor and went down the opening at the floor of the elevator. The phone fell six flights plus more before it hit the concrete floor beneath the elevator. My grandson was wondering if we should just leave the phone there, assuming it was broken beyond repair. However, I went to the front desk of the hotel and they were kind enough to take the elevator out of service and send a maintenance man to retrieve the phone. Luckily, my grandson was smart enough to purchase an otterbox (which he has done for every cell phone he has owned-several) and other than a nick at the top of the case and the rubber cover slightly pulled back at the nick, the case and more importantly the phone were FINE None of us could believe it when he pushed the button and the phone came right on. I had intended to write to someone at otterbox to let them know how pleased we were, but just got busy. Then yesterday as I was getting out of the car, I forgot my cell phone was on the seat and knocked it to the concrete floor of our garage. Not to worry, the phone was fine. I have an otterbox too We will always be loyal customers of your cell phone cases. Thank you for making a great product that stands up to its promises.
