For the Attention of the Chief Executive - CEO and Global Sales Chief Executive. We finally got rid of our Nissan Leaf after just a few months of disgusted driving and TOTAL lack of care and concern by the Leaf side of your business at the Corporate level and totally MISLEADING promises made about the Lithium Battery Warranty, and indeed promises made by the Manufacturer by your Company in Tennessee U. S. A. As the to life of the Battery and stating: up to 80percent life of such after 10Yrs Our's was a 2011 with Only 56, 000 miles on it and kept in perfect condition. We could barely get to our Nearest Nissan Dealer to have it serviced or looked at etc., which is only approx 35 miles away And the range drop from New with only 56, 000 miles on the Clock was outrageous - And as such they said that they could do nothing for us because although totally malfunctioning mileage wise and Way Down on what your Battery manufacturer promises, they said that the battery was working normally What a SCAM and a GET OUT of the Warranty, which is obv useless and worthless The final "Straw" came in the Winter when temp's dropped and we could Barely go to our LOCAl Walmart store ten miles away and upon arriving home it was showing Zero Yes NIL miles left in fact negative That was the "Last Straw" so we went to our local Toyota Dealer and Traded it in for a late model PRIUS My Wife, some while back bought a New Nissan Maxima from you and received excellent care and attention from the Dealer back then -BUT now, due to our Very Bad Experience with the Leaf, which we had not anticipated given all of the info., given out on it, was going to be Marvellous, But turned out to be an absolute NightMare Needless to say we will NEVER buy a Nissan Car or product ever again, and can now NEVER ever recommend your Co., to anyone we know considering buying a New or late used Nissan vehicle. Your's Very Disappointedly Indeed,
Richard Gladwell Of Tennessee U. S. A.
