To whom it may concern; I received a letter from montgomery ward, informing me that one of the items I had ordered will be furthered delayed in being sent to me. The letter goes on to state that I needed to contact montgomery ward by phone or email within ten days of receiving the letter or they will assume that I do not want to wait for the item and it will be canceled from my order. I tried numerous times calling, but could not ever get through to anyone. I also tried for two days to respond by email, but the web site would not load for whatever reason. So I have finally been able to get to this site. The item I ordered is, item : "713180/12x25 DIG CMRA/BNCLR". I DO STILL WANT THIS ITEM It is scheduled to be shipped on 12/26/2018. Will you PLEASE let whoever is in charge know that I DO WANT THIS ITEM AND TO PLEASE SEND IT. It is very special and is for my grandson.
