I am having difficulty reserving seats for my husband and I on 29 April 2018 from the Toronto Airport to the City of Kingston. The website continues to reject both of our Mastercards, although both are in good standing. I tried at least three times with each card. I called the main number for Megabus and was told that I should try again in 24 hours and avoid using autofill. I will do this, but am frustrated that I am having this difficulty as I did not have this problem when I booked the Megabus from Kingston to the Toronto Airport on November 29, 2017.

I am currently in a bus that is very delayed enroute From Toronto to Grimsby. Everyone onthe bus is talking loudly and I was whispering so low in the telephone that the gentleman behind me said her never heard me once. The woman in the row next to me has been harassing me for speaking, I stopped whispering everyone is still speaking loudly and she went and spoke to the driver in a language they both spoke bus 89026 and then he came over and threatened to call the police. I never swore, raised my voice and the woman is clearly disturbed I mentioned I felt scared to him. I was told the cops would be called on me, in fact he pulled off on the highway and announced it to the bus. I am humiliated and terrified of this woman. The people around me all know she is the problem as there talking is not an issue, but my whispering is. I am extremely upset at this level of disrespect and am a professional rational person who does not need to be reprimanded like a bad child. I want a formal apology. Humiliated,
