Before departure 19/11/2018 we call one of your agent in Batu Pahat, Maxis connectivity Solutions Provider--- YES teleshop 012-7238889 to open the roaming for me. Then I swich on the roaming at 26/11/2018 at Myvatn iceland. After guiding GSP to one of the nearby area and I received three messages at phone 016-7166216 RM300 usage at malasysia time 26/11/2018. 6. 23am, RM500 usage at 6. 24am and RM800 at 6. 25am. Then I what's app 012-7238889 and he asked me to switch off. I swicthed off and never switched on roaming again. After that same day 26/11/2018 when I reach Akyreri, I bought the local phone card and never used the roaming. However I received an email dated 26/11/2018 802pm of account 2089907410 saying that 100% overlimitand need to pay RM2747. 36. I didnot pay anything. I wanted to check back after I go back. However, today 28/11/2018 704am maxis sent another email to me saying that 100% overlimit RM4631. 57. I didnot use any roaming and how come the charges keep on increasing. I didnot pay, how come over 100% usage the charges still keep on increasing? Is your system having problems or being hacked by hackers? Kindly help me in this matter.
