I am complaining about unsanitary service of water district in San Jose Norther Samar. Since water district started its operations nobody make a complaint that every time rainy season comes water supply really so dirty that would affect public safety and health besides consumers exact monthly payment of water bill. However, to prove this complaint you may send somebody to have a secret survey to individual consumers. Currently, consumers are complaining through social media (FB). I wish that this matter will settled soon in compliance with Standard Drinking Water, as I know this district didn't have a proper filtration. Should you require further information to clarify this issue, please contact my wife Gvonne Longcop in San Jose Northern Samar. I look forward hearing from you regarding this matter soon. Regards,
Wilbert
