Hello I rang customer service 29th April 2018, they advised me they would put my concerns through to the accommodation team my booking reference is LOV312837U. AS YET I HAVE HAD NO REPLY OR CONFIRMATION THAT THE EVEN HAVE MY COMPLAINT. I have been informed by my friend that the jasmine palace I am booked into for my holiday was only half built this is not mentioned on any of your web pages regarding this hotel so I feel I have a case to be upgraded to a better hotel free of charge I am so looking forward to my holiday and work hard all year so want to be assured I have suitable accommodation in order to enjoy my holiday. WE have booked our holiday our reference number is Lov521404, but unfortunately the voucher that you sent for £25 off the holiday did not come off. We contacted your customer service who were unable to assist in this matter.

I have just got back from the worsted holiday of our life's, our holiday reference was LOV512137U, 1. We had to wait nearly two hrs for transfer to hotel when we reach Barcelona 2. After landing at airport at around 21. 15 we didn't get to our hotel till 1. 30 in morning 3. We got our room which four bed squeezed into a small room all bed touching, the bathroom was so scruff and old fashioned still had bee day in it and was something like out of 80, s nothing like on web site, 4. We ask reception for another room and they were so rude and told us to go away 5. The food was disgusting, I was poorly on second night being sick all night, so that was another day lost of holiday because I couldn't go out next day too poorly, 6. On the third morning there was a man violently sick outside the restaurant and it was left for a good hour 7. Day four a women was taken from hotel by ambulance also being violently sick she couldn't walk 8. The bar staff were so rude and hardly and alcohol was put in drinks and as we were all inclusive we were only allowed to get one drink with one card which was taken off us every time we went to bar, 9. My daughter had to pay another £166 to get another room because our room was far too small for four people and room view was the bins so every night all were hear was clattering of the bottled been tipped into bins from bar 10. On the morning we had to leave they took our cards off us at 10am which meant we couldn't us any facility's and we wasn't been picked up till 17. 00 hrs so be right we were still on holiday till we got picked up The holiday has ended up costing the four of us and extra £550 pound for food out of hotel, as we couldn't eat anything at hotel, extra room for my daughter and partner and the drink and entertainment out of hotel all in all it was the worse holiday experience ive every had and I go on quiet a few holiday at least two a year.
