BACK ON AUG. nine, 2016, I VISITED THE TUCKER, GA. LONGHORN AND I HAD A CREDIT CARD ISSUE. I ORDER A MEAL AND THE WAITRESS BROUGHT ME BACK MY BILL TO SIGN THAT STATED THAT MY BILL WAS $25. 49 AND I SIGNED IT. WHEN I RETURN HOME I CALL TO CHECK MY BALANCE AT MY BANK AND I FOUND OUT THAT THE AMOUNT CHARGED TO MY CARD WAS $29. 49, WHICH WAS NOT WHAT I SIGNED FOR ON TUESDAY, AUG. nine, 2016. THE NEXT DAY, I FOUNDED OUT THAT OUR WAITRESS HAD GIVEN ME THE CARD AND RECEIPT OF THE COUPLE WHO WAS SITTING AT OUR TABLE; AND GIVEN MY CARD AND RECEIPT TO THEM LATER ON THAT DAY WE HAD TO MEET UP TO EXCHANGE OUR CARDS AND RECEIPTS, BUT MY FRIEND COULD NOT FIND MY RECEIPT. I DID GET MY CARD BANK SO ON SATURDAY, AUG. 13, 2016, MY CREDIT CARD THAT I THOUGHT WAS CHARGED $25. 49, BUT WHEN TO $29. 49)WRONG RECEIPT AND CARD EXCHANGED), AND NOW MY BANK BALANCE REFLEX A NOW $35. 49 CHARGE SO I CALLED THE TUCKER GA. LONGHORN TO SPEAK WITH A MANGER ON AUG. 15, AND WAS TOLD TO LEAVE MY NUMBER AND COMPLAINT AND THE MANGER WOULD CALL ME BEFORE four O'CLOCK. THE MANGER DID NOT CALL ME SO I CALL LONGHORN BACK AT 4:30 AND GAVE THEM MY NUMBER AND COMPLAINT AGAIN ON AUG. 16, I CALLED AGAIN FOR THE THIRD TIME AND LEFT MY PHONE NUMBER AND COMPLAINT IN PROMISE THAT A MANGER WOULD CALL ME BEFORE THE END OF LONGHORN SHIFT. NO MANAGER CALLED ME BACK I CALLED AGAIN FOR THE FOURTH TIME ON AUG. 17, 2016 AND I SPOKE WITH NICK AND HE LOOKED UP MY INFORMATION AND TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD CONTACT THE CORPORATE OFFICE ABOUT CREDITING $6. 00 BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD THAT ENDED IN 0586 AND TO CALL HIM BACK ON AUG. 24, 2016. TODAY I CALLED HIM BACK AT LONGHORN IN TUCKER, GA. AND NICK WAS NOT THERE AND I WAS TOLD TO TRY BACK TOMORROW. I AM TRIED OF GETTING THE RUN-AROUND AND I WANT SOMEONE IN CORPORATE OFFICE TO ADDRESS MY COMPLAINT AND ISSUE ME A FULL $35. 49 REFUND AND I WILL NOT VISIT ANOTHER longhorn steakhouse AGAIN .
