Dear Sir/Madam I came to your theatre to watch ROCKY HORROR over the weekend, I was shocked to see the amount of people recording and taking pictures, on Friday night the row in front were loud drunk and disruptive I looked around for ushers and could not see any visible, working in a theatre my self I would have expected ushers to be located at various locations in the auditorium security guards did come at the interval. The amount of patrons who brought their own alcohol in inside pop bottles was shocking, I would of expected better from yourselves, it spoiled our night Thanks Claire Wildman .

Dear sir/madam I am a 65 year old man and I suffer with cancer, emphacima and I have an internal pouch as a bowel The pouch restricts from sitting down and I have special pillows to help with the pain. My Daughter was told that there was a great show on your theatre on 14/11/19 (Priscilla). I have never been to the theatre and she asked me would I like to go with her. I never go out and she is my carer, so I said yes. She bought front row tickets. When we got to our seats the one that I sat on was solid and I tried to get comfortable, but it was really painful. My Daughter offered to change seats, but it was that bad that it would have been uncomfortable for her which was unfair. I was in agony and could not keep still so I hardly seen any of the show, my Daughter said it was amazing and she really enjoyed it. I mentioned it to a young lady stood at the door as we were out, she just laughed. I would not have expected this in the very cheap seats, but she paid more than 60 pounds per ticket so this was a disgrace, and I would like to make a complaint. Yours sincerely J Potter.
