I have been using instacart for about six months or so. I tried the four free deliveries and then decided I needed more than that on occasion and upgraded to the highest tier. And yet recently maybe because of credit card canoe it is telling me I have no more free deliveries for the month. Can you look in to this for me and reach me back at 713 927 9876. no my issue has not been resolved. Ive tired calling about ten times or more and cant get thru to speak with a rep. And I have send also about 10emails and no response. I am trying to get help to pick you hrs and hours are not avail on my app to select. Also states you still need verify my ID and selfie picture which I have send maybe like five times. I received an order today from King Soopers in Arvada Colo. Today. I’m very unhappy with your service. I received 11 of the 13 items that you had on my list, two of the 11 items were wrong. The receipt that you sent to me only has the picture of the person that filled the order. I waited six hours for someone to call me, which is unacceptable. All I want is an itemized receipt for the products I received the person on the phone couldn’t provide that. The only choice I have is to call American Express, and deny the charges because you cannot provide a receipt. I have a screenshot of your so called receipt. Could you please advise me what you intend to do to resolve the issue.
