Why is it necessary to close the south court street branch in Medina Ohio branch? it makes no sense as there’s no other beaches on the south side of Medina
The north court street side of town has two branches one in giant eagle and one across the street
There’s also one on route. 18. There is nothing on the south side of town
Please reconsider and keep this branch open.

December 17, 2019 - During this holiday season, we need your support more than ever. I am bringing these complaints to your attention because if this type of service continues, I will be taking my banking elsewhere. For the last three days, the stand alone ATM on Mentor Ave. In Painesville, Ohio has not accepted checks when trying to make a deposit. It is very important deposits are able to be made this time of year. This ATM wasn't working properly for three days that I know of. This is a direct representation of Huntington's lack of reliability to it's customers. I tried calling the number on the back of my card - I was disconnected and told to try later - I then tried to call the Painesville branch inside Giant Eagle (mentor Ave.). No one answered - I then called the branch on Liberty St. In Painesville. It took five times before someone answered the phone. Last week I wanted access to my safe deposit box and I was left sitting in the lobby for almost 15 minutes before I was helped. Huntington is NOT showing any support during this holiday season. Maybe common sense would indicate more employees are needed during the holidays. Very disappointed in the Painesville, Ohio Huntington services
