Good evening I was recently at your property in Shrevport the Horseshoe to relax and celebrate a anniversary. Only to wake up to bug bites from the second bed in the room. After getting biteI told my husband Gerald Carter who is a regular at Casinos and use to be a regular at various Horseshoe properties. I was trying to surprise him and since the offer came in the email it seemed like a great idea. Gerald killed two small bugs before seeing the big bug that bug was placed in a glass and he went down to inform desk about the issue. He was told to leave a number and we would be called after the bug professional was able to check out the room. I am not an expert today was my first ever seeing a bed bug. I know what it was due to looking them up and it showed the bugs and the same vites that I have on the page. After I called down I was told the same thing about leaving my number and I will be called after bug expert was here. We frequent many casinos and stay at many and by far I thought this was top of the line. The bugs in our room were not the first we were later informed. Now I have to have my clothes and all of my belongings treated. I am not sure of the way to handle this I just do not want to take bed bugs home to my babies.
