On August 24th I had requested to cancel horizon gold card of 429. 99 that was taken from my bank account numberw it is August 30th and no 429. 99 shows in my bank account. I might have to talk to the better business bureau about this matter. If I knew that horizon gold card would be this much of a problem I should of stayed away.

A while back I had canceled my membership with horizon gold card of 29. 95 as of 9/20/18 I do not have the refund of29. 95 put back into my checking account. I hope you can solve this matter by sending me a check for 29. 95 if not I will have to take legal action.
