I have not been reciving my groovebooks. I do not want to cancel, but this is crazy. It gets drawn out of my account $$, but i do not get my books.

I would like very much to use your membership services. However, my phone will not download your Groove app. I even took it to AT and T and they say it doesn't have the capability to use your app. I have over 200 pictures saved on it plus many on my computer which I would like developed via your company. Is there any other way I can utilize your services other than just sending pictures by my phone? Please advise. My phone is 918-346-8565 or email is bugsbaum215@yahoo.com.

I tried uploading pictures sent August 28th my phone has been frozen ever since it says I tried uploading pictures since August 28th my phone you have been frozen ever since it says I have 101 photos to go back and select one more makes no sense I chose 100 I can not go back I do not know what to do its been frozen won't let me do anything is also do not know to erase the photos already printed.

I only want to keep my one acct that is under the email of Pamlewishurst@aol.com. Please send any responds to this email that is the only one i really get in to very much. So I have two other emails I am was getting books from I think one wAs PAM2LEW@gmail.com or PAM2LEW@aol.com. Pamlewishurst@gmail.com. But like I said I want them all canceled, but (Pamlewishurst@aol.com)that's the one I use to make all my books off of. I am canceling my other memberships because I can not afford it I have been getting 3. 12taken out of my checking so acct seven or eight times a month It might not seem like much to some people, but to me it is. I'm disable and on a very fixed income. So if the monies could be put be back in my acct it would greatly be appreaicted. Thank you Pamela you Pamela Sue Hurst-Lewis.

I have been contacting groovebook since April and still have not gotten a reply. I have been charged ever month since April and haven't received a book. Everytime I try to email it says that my account is inactive, but groovebook is getting their money every month. This is eight months now of $2. 99 and I still haven't received a book. I even went into my account and it shows that March was the last time I received a book. I'm not sure where to go from here, but to my bank and stop their charge process.

My husbands card was stolen and he now has a new one. He contacted you with his new card information. I continue to receive the prompt, when trying to print my book " check with your credit card " I am unable to take pictures with my phone and its Christmas. As I have no more storage and need to print 400plus photos I do not care about the additional fees I just want to be able to print and give as gifts and be able to take more pictures Please help .

I've been trying to cancel my account numberw for Over two years now through email, and I even receive a confirmation email back stating that they have cancel my account. BUT the still continue to Charge me. Their system SUCKS Ihow can I get out ? I feel like I'm in the twilight zone Plzzzz help.

groovebook has gotten hard to do, all of a sudden. I never had to sign in before, Nowit is asking for sign in and not accepting anything I type. I carefully chose 100 pictures and then tried to upload. It didn't work and I lost all my choices. It was such a good app before Why change it? What do I do?.
