Linda Lingle here I was supposed to have been called a week ago yesterday on March 11th about a situation of someone or some persons unknown stealing money from my Wal-Mart Visa debit card to pay their phone bill or bills to AT and T There were two charges made against my Visa debit card in January and two in February. two were made in Pennsylvania, one in Tennessee and one in Tempe, Arizona, all places I have never been to before I couldn't call you about this because lo and behold, my phone service has been disconnected as of the 5th of this month as I didn't have the money now to pay my own phone bill Thanks a hell of a lot I've heard nothing from your bank through email eitherBecause of a similar theft that had happened some months previously Wal-Mart used that as an excuse to say these charges were authorized by me when they were NOT Why would I allow someone to do this to me as it makes no sense at all especially when I do not even know whom did this to me? I am owed back $485. 00 for these phone charges to my card and I demand I get the money refunded to my new Visa card immediately otherwise I will contact the police again to file a theft complaint as I have already contacted the police to file a complaint already anyway I do not know how they or him or her even got my card info. As I have never given it out to anyone ever before I want to know whom did this to me too as I intend to press charges against them for this theft I expect a prompt reply from this bank on this as well.
