I have a question about the "Free golf in vip package". The promotion says that each of the 12 awards for the free golf has a maximum value of twenty dollars ($20 USD). I am in Canada, I am wondering whether this $20 is really in USD. Last year I only get $20 Canadian Dollar for my promo Code from joining revolutionary golf plus (A CND is worth of 0. 75 USD). Since the vip membership is paid in USD, why the promo code is not ACTUALLY linked to USD. Assume that a CND is only worth of 0. one USD, then the free golf is worth of little monetary value. Anyway, I raise this issue because the exchange rate creates some complication for the vip package. Any reply would be appreciated.

Good morning This morning I accidentally booked 3tee times for today thinking they were for tomorrow Within minutes I realized my mistake and canceled the tee times at Cold Spring Golf Course. I am a golfnow member and I'm hoping you'll honor this cancellation and refund my payment this one time. Please advise I'll pay better attention in the future. Thank you.

No one answers the golfnow number only get a recording saying go to the web site I've been saving my promo rewards to buy a VIP membership and now i see after saving ten it now takes 20. You have rotten policies. Also the three day advance booking and after 12pm only Mon thru Thurs sinks, to use the pomo codes. Never know what the weather will be three days in advance. How do I call you to tell you if the course is closed because of rain? golfnow only gets worse by the minute.

I Booked a Tee Time thru your company, for Today, Saturday June 16th, 2018 Golf Course was under water upon arriving due to heavy rain today

but the site does not show what is instructed, no good. My friends and I always take turns booking Tee Times with your company

Conf 318710700 - we booked this nine hole course and when we got there of the nine holes were completely closed and one par four was turned into a 80 yard par 3? the manager told us that he has contacted golf now numerous times and told them not to let anyone book this course because of it being 50% closed - I am requesting a full refund as soon as possible as we did not get to play this course.

You guys sent a promo code for a tee time price reduction. I have tried to use it several times (and yes I know it is case sensitive) and it shows up as invalid. Not really trying to get something free, but if you guys send it to me it should work. Very frustrating. I did try the help section and it proved to be useless. You guys are difficult to get in contact with.

I winter in AZ and had a tee time at Superstition Springs Golf in Mesa AZ yesterday. I played three holes and because of lightning, thunder and a downpour the course was closed. I could find no way to contact you about this by phone, etc. Glad I finally found an email address. My phone number is 605-366-2419 and my email address is dondlehmann@gmail.com.
