I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you regarding my Gold Smart Travel Card No. 00142386
I have bought it about two weeks ago and last Saturday I had one ride left when I top it up. But when I use it for the first time on Tuesday this week after Top up it shows I had nine rides left instead of ten rides and the inspector that was telling us about this cards said you can top up to three weeks as long the expiring date is not the same. All I am asking can you please add my ride to my ticket I have been calling the call center and they said I should ask the driver to check for this ride on his side as it showing all the ride, but unfortunately no luck. This ticket are way to expensive to lose even a single ride. I hope to hear from you soon

Good Morning
Im giving a complaint of the from Tygervalley to Lost City/Taflsig Bus is always late it used to be always be on time(18:15)for months it been coming late from 18:18, 18:20, 18:30 and sometimes it will be 18:45. 18:30 he surpose to pick up people in Bellville. Its just the Lost City bus that's always late the other buses are always on time, in September the bus got robbed innocent lives coould of gotten hurt, a couple of your other buses also got robbed people work so hard for the things they have just to be rob from it in a bus you surpose to be safe in. Still you guys do nothing about it, its more fewer people that's take the Lost City bus from Tygervalley Centre because it always late. Everytime its the same excuse is the traffic. When are you going to do something about it.
