I saw Gavins name associated with prop 47 and I just found out two weeks ago I have a felony from 30 years. This is running my life and it was a mistake. I need someone who can help me please. I sent two emails to Gov. Gavin Newson regarding California Prison, Sierra Conservation Center where my Son is going to court. The prison is trying to give him four years prison time for having a lock in a sock to protect himself against some prisoners, who sent him a note letting him know they were going to jump him. My Son did what he had to do to survive. Please look into this matter, and lessen the sentence the prison is trying to impose. I would appreciate an acknowledgement to this email please. The next trial date is tomorrow, March 26, 2019, at 8:30 A. M.

THEY ARE JUST INCLUDING MY COLA AND NOT THE FACT THAT I KEEP GETTING A 3% RENT INCREASE WHICH WIPES OUT THE COLA. I KNOW THAT THE AMOUNT OF RENT I PAY IS A SIGNIFICANT CRITERIA IN THE QUALIFICATION PROCESS TO RECEIVE FOOD STAMPS. I AM A SERIOUS DIABETIC AND ONE OF THE WAYS I MANAGE THE MAINTENANCE OF MY CONDITION IS THROUGH WATER. I BUY SIX CASES(24 BOTTLES) PER MONTH OUT OF NECCESSITY. I AM NOW BEING TOLD THAT I AM ENTITLED TO ONLY 15. 00 A MONTH AND I KNOW THAT IS A LIE. I WOULD LIKE TO BE GIVEN MY CORRECT AMOUNT OF FOOD STAMPS AND ANY AND ALL BACK FOOD STAMPS I AM ENTITLED TO. Dear Mr. Newsom, I am contacting you at this time to let you know that no it is not ok to give free medical coverage to undocumented seniors. I worked for 53 years to get my medical coverage and today at the pharmacy I had to pay $367. 00 for my medication, as an American citizen and a senior I do not get anything free and my medical insurance costs me close to $500. 00 a month between Medicare, Anthem Blue Cross, Vision Care, dental, and prescription drug coverage. I do not know where you politicians get off thinking it's ok doing whatever you want with our money, well it is not ok. It is time you politicians were held accountable for you're poor decisions, there are enough American citizens in this country that need the help first and whatever money is left over should be returned to the people who paid in. I am a lifelong Democrat, but not a liberal Democrat I believe people should work for what they get, I am also not a racist or a bigot in any way, but enough is enough this truly is going to start showing at the ballot box, if you can not do a good job we will find someone who can.
