I have admitted in emergency ward on 20th July 2016 for treatment by producing MDINDIA Healthcare Services Insurance card for cashless treatment. But your staff instructed to pay a sum of Rs. 4600/-for taking CTS scan and Rs. 10, 000/- as advance. I was given treatment in the ICU. I appreciate the treatment and I also salute the services of nurses and duty Doctors for their very good treatment. I have got the bill for Rs. 52, 403. 38 stating that Rs. 47, 757. 38 claim from MDINDIA and Rs. 4646/- deducted from my advance. The CTS scan charges not included in the claim. So I have charged Rs. 9246/- for the cashless Hospitalisation of MDINDIA scheme. We are the senior citizen and you should help us while claiming the Insurance.
