To Whom this my concern,
Never in my life have i seen something run so poorly then your sight seeing cruise line. MArch 31, 2018. We took four children into the City that ranged form age 4-11years old and wanted them to see the Statue of Liberty. We met a man that worked on the street and sold us the tickets for Pier 16 in which he said we would make the 12:30 boat ride. We got there and saw a huge line that we had to wait on to actually get the voucher. We waited on that line for and hour and 45 minutes to be told that they were sold out and that we had to wait on another line to get a refund, but the representative was not there yet First off, there was ONE woman working in the booth with a line that was huge. You had three other people in there that didn't have a brain to go out and tell all of us that there were no longer taking tickets four kids that couldn't wait to go out and we are told to come back tomorrow? What kind of racket are you pulling here? I hope to hear from you very soon.
