Dear Sir/Madam I am writing in regards of Mr Ross Barkley. I find it absolutely inconceivable that Mr R Barkley is not getting enough opportunities to show off his full potential in Chelsea's first team everybody is aware why Chelsea signed this very talented player and what he is capable of. The way it is going if this situation carries on like this I am sure in the not so long future this very talented player will look else where and I along with many others will be very sorry. The same applies to Mr Rubben Lofttus Cheek. While it is understood you can only fit 11 players in a team at one time. This situation has surely got to be questioned on how many over sea players can be playing in an English team at the same time and no matter how good these over sea players appear to be surely we must have at least three to four English players playing in our teams across the country at at a playing time if not for there sake for the sake of our national teams. If there is not some sort of rule by the FA then I seriously would say its about time this is implemented by now. Yours Sincerely Mr B Turner.
