Greetings. My wife Carolyn Trivison received a offer for a credit card from Capital one. She was approved for $300 dollar credit limit and she received the card on 8/14/2018. She tried to activate this card, but was told she needed to send proof of who she was. Why would Capital One send a person a pre-approved credit application, then s end a credit card to the person already to be activated. Then demand that the person sends proof of who they are. First, but not least a Social Security Number is proof of who a person is, or else l no credit card would be issued and sent to the person to activate it. This is a by all means a crap way of doing business and at least you should feel ashamed of your selves for this type of business practice. Trying to report to Capital One, SCAM, of some one trying to get into my computer on the pretense of refunding me the charges to my capital one account. I would like to give you the phone numbers they are calling on and saying it is Microsoft Financial Department. That the gov. Is forcing them to close and they must return the money that was taken from my account. Contact me for more info of this situation. Thank you.

I received an email stating how Capitol One was helping out after Hurricane Michael. Not. That’s is not so. You are not helping anyone. I called to have two months waived and was told sure you can do that, but then you have to make a TRIPLE payment in December. So if I don’t have the money now what makes you think I can make a TRIPLE payment in December. So much for helping during the aftermath of a Cat four Hurricane.
