Hello I live in Chula Vista, CA that has grown so much in the past 13 years. We use to have one place to take the kids for miniature golf, arcade and bumper boats. It has now closed down last year after being open since the 1970's. I was hoping if you can take a look at the following zip codes and consider opening up a Boomer's in our area. It will really bring you a lot of business. There is also a large population of military families from the Navy living in this neighborhood because of the Navy Bases being nearby. 91913, 91914, 91915

Hello my name is Laporshea Ruben this message is regarding my visit at Boomers in Irvine, CA on April 29, 2017. I was riding on the bumper boats enjoying myself however I swinging my arms fighting off bee's that were coming close to me I then knocked my gold earring out of my ear. I told that ride attendants and he just said " well you'll have to wait till the park close because we can not look for it right now ". I thought that was rude and bad customer service. I then spoke with the general manager "Greg " he told me I would have to wait till Monday when the pool man comes. Still I wasn't satisfied. I spent lots of money on those earrings and the way they handled it wasn't reasonable. I thought a business like this would accommodate me in a different respectable manner. Beings that instressed the fact that my earring a are real gold hoops they aren't hard to find. Not to mention when I told the attendee he allow others to keep riding. I'm very very disappointed and I would appreciate it if I can get my earring back today or half the money for them. It's only right.

Boomers in Vista is an unfair environment for associates and customers. Seems as if Associates call out everyday and only two associates are running rides when it's packed with parents and children. As being an eye from the inside, associates continue to get an unfair raise and weak opportunities to build up in this job. I've also realized that associates do not get a lunch either. If nobody else is not gonna take a stand then I will for them. Make a change for everyone. It seems to me like Managers do not care about their employees or their customers. Managers are Milad, Jackie and Chris. Something better be changed at this park. Tired of it.
