I have placed several orders with bombas my first order included a pair of bombas dress socks leopard skin I put them on for the first time this morning, only to find ones shorter than the other, the shorter one has no elastic band at the top of the sock, I would like a replacement or refund

Hello,
My order number is 2552657 and was placed on 11/26/2018. I am still waiting for my order. When checking the tracking it states that it is Compton CA. For the amount of money that is paid for socks, you should have a better delivery service, especially around the holidays. If I had known this company was inept I would have never placed an order.

Lack of a response to missing items from a received order. It has been six days and all we get is a form email with not specific information about or order. Just promises that the "happiness" team is on it. .
Have been a customer for four years and this lack of meaningful communication is disappointing and will most likely cause me to cease doing business with bombas.
