I would like to be put in contact with a manager that can help me with my current situation, I have been back and forth with emails and calls for months now and I'm over it, I've been told dividence was going to be applied time after time after time and nothing told them that was to my maintenance fees and extra payments not I'm late on fees bc I keep being told eight weeks over and over and excuse after excuse nobody can give a any answer accept eight weeks that's everytime I contact someone it's like three months now and I'm sorry the process can not be speed up how is that when its been longer and longer I'm beyond upset I'm not late on payments ever I make sure it's paid I do not even use it bc the rudeness of people at front desk, not pet friendly even tho I have medical purpose I have my kids do not enjoy going my car was door dinged my wedding weekend we stayed in a timber not even a month after I bough the car, I've had pee stained sheets on the bed two times now I was supposed to get a free weekend bc of that yet nothing that's said is ever done, I'm at a loss I've tried several times to contact people and get shoved to side, my last resort is contacting you directly I want a exit, I'm asking for a buyback from you guys there are formal buyback programs, if you do not may be willing to take over the unit rather than see it go into foreclosure. I'd like to work with you guys rather than continue with time share exit team I contacted as well. My name change is another thing from Allen to gonzalez bc I was married and it hasn't been done.
