I visited on Sat 5-12-18 and the manager @ Starling Drive Richmond, Va. Named Everett Lilly is very, very rude and nasty. He needs to brush up on his people/customer skills. I had a very, bad experience with him on Sat 5-12-18, regarding your "cottonelle paper items. You had no cottonelle wipes in the store and I needed to buy both together in order to take advantage of the $6. 00 coupon. His response to me was very negative, abrupt and harsh, not kind @ all. I have shopped @ this BJ's for many, many years and never-ever encountered such rudeness from management or any staff member. My past experiences @ this BJ's has always been extremely pleasant. Please have a "Dutch Uncle Chat" with him letting him know the customers are entitled to a little courtesy. As well, I had coupon for Guden Spicey Brown Mustard, when I checked the expiration date it was "6-2018", less than a month for use. I notified your supervisor, she called someone and today 5-14-18 I noticed the mustard is still on your shelve countless bottles of it. As well BJ's had Arnold Organic bread with expiration date of 5-10-18 for sale, this occurred Sat. 5-12-18. What's up with this. This stores atmosphere has really declined horribly within the last few months. The quality and appearance inside and outside is no longer the same. Please have someone remove the trash that's been on the parking ground for months, the same pieces of papr and bottles remain constant. I have mentioned this several times to Customer service and they explained, BJ's has a contractor who removes trash from the parking lot, not employees. I notice that some employess @ their station is busy using their electronic devices. Excuses, excuses, things are not the same, no one take responsibility or wants to be held accountable for anything. I'm sorry the old staff is NO LONGER THERE. Thank you.
