I have good reason to believe that they have committed Bank Fraud, check fraud, They had me under Duress when I purchase the vehicle. They also told me that I was financed through Capital One. I asked them up front if they had a car fax and they said No. After I signed the contract they produced a car fax, and the car had been in one accident. I am also going to contact the Attorney General and file a complaint with their office and the Police Department as well. I have all the backup documentation including the proof that they in fact committed bank and check fraud. They did a very poor job of repairing it after the accident, the right rear quarter panel is peeling off if they infact did the repair.
