Third request no reply to first two inqurries. This is one of the worst experiences ever. Around Aug 23 2016. I ate your Bar Louie Restaurant in St Charles Mo. I ordered the cod dinner and almost ate a piece of wire that had been cooked into the cod. This was the scariest and most sickening feeling i ever had. I shiwed this to the waitress and had a brief discussion with the manager on duty. She took the evidence and returned with one of the wirse excuses according to her the wire came from a fry basket and stated it was disposed of and her only solution to resolve the issue was to reorder my meal. I have tried contacting your company by phone and this is the second email. I still have not received a followup call from your corporation.
