I have called the call center and have spoken to one if your agents regarding my request however i do not think he understood my point, and after the discussion he had no answers to my request and instead have advised me to get intouch with my bank muscat branch i have purchased anapple laptop in emax seeb citi center last 27/6/2016 which had a deffered payment offer. For the above mentioned item, their offer is payment in six months or in12 months for bank muscat credit card holders. I have told thecashuer in emax that day that I want the installment to bepaidin6 months time. The cahier inemax then advised me that i mist speak to bank muscat for the chosen months of payment which is six months, which costs approximately 111 OR. In this regard, i would like to request that my monthly installment will be only for six months my bill for my credit card will reflect on June 3/4 so that i want this matter arranged imediately thank you Marilee Mayuman Trespeces 30/6/2016.

Hi Good Morning to you all; i apply additional cheque booklets last July 28, 2016 here in Hayma branch Al-wusta region until now i am not yet received. I follow up on hayma branch they said my cheque is delivered in mudayrib branch in al-aqbil. I trying many times to search the contact number on mudayrib branch, but opportunately i am not got. Because i want to take personally on mudayrib branch my cheque please can you help me and provide the contact number of mudayrib branch ensuring my cheque not forward to hayma branch before i am going to mudayrib. Respected authorties i visited bank muscat two days before for changing my bank ATM card. I also asked them to change my mobile number so that i received msgs from bank muscat, but still they didn't change my no please take imidigate action on it. Thanks and regards Jazib Sattar .
