Hi i have been buying and using american spirit for three years now
and i have been happy up till yesterday. I went to my local shop where i work in moorgate london and asked for my usual 12. 5g american spirit blue pack which the guy said he onky has the yellow which is the same as the blue he says. I bought it as i had none left my issue was it was stone dry crispy dry. I went back and he told me there is nothing he can do as it was seald closed and i must contact you guys as this has never happened to me before the yellow pack isnt the blur one or taste like it i am very upset i wasted £6 pound well £12 as i had to buy another one which was fine.

Young girl at a 7-Eleven tricked me into handing over my drivers license with home address and all the personal info. She told me she was signing me up for free coupons. Only got a coupon that day. All I get is advertisements in the mail about how great and conscientious American spirit is. I had the chance to see her again several months later and she said I have to go online and do it all over again. You guys are very deceitful and dishonest. Does 7-Eleven get a kickback for allowing this girl to stand there all day and approach their customers? Because the guy behind the counter was pushing me pretty hard too Take me off your mailing list. Do not send me anymore emails. Your product isn’t that good compared to the others. She used the email I gave you above to sign me up on that day so that should be enough for you to do the rest thank you.
