I ordered delivery at 4:15 this morning for the first time, and have to say I was very disappointed. Got a small thin crust pizza, half cheese half sausage and it was close to being burned. Didn't like the crust at all also. And the chicken wasn't very hot and not crispy. The jojo fries were soft opposed to crispy, didn't help matters that the heavy and soggy chicken was sitting on top. My club hoagie was soggy. Flavor was good, but just the bun was soppy wet. The bun maybe should have been toasted first to help that? And lastly, I was looking forward to trying the loaded tater tots, but they were soft and almost cold or raw in the middle. As a place being open 24 hours, I had high hopes that the quality would have been as good as if I had ordered during peak hours. Or maybe Amerian Pie just is not good period. Reviews were spotty so I had to see for myself. All in all, very unlikely that I will order from here again. Is it possible to get any kind of refund? $49. 89 is a lot of money for food that failed on execution and quality. I know they weren't busy at the time, because my order came fairly earlier than estimated. To screw up a small pizza and some fried items and a sandwich seems pretty bad.
