I have a very strict policy of not doing business with any firm that sends me unsolicited mail. Some company called internek. Loan keeps sending me garbage and I can not get them to stop. They sent me your information, and as a result, you will never get business from me.

My water heater was dripping water., , , , two weeks prior I had a plumber out, , 125$ now two days ago the water heater went out all together. 125$ plumber came out. Waited two days, , , then the water was coming out of the bottom, , towels, etc…. He put a order in, , so I get a call this morning, from AHS. Going to charge me 498. 00$ to replace the water heater when it says right in the brochure that it would cover up to 960. 00 so I was told on top of the fee, monthly, twice paying 125. 00 it will cost 748. 00 and the monthly fee ……. Will you place take care of this. I am on a fixed income and that is why I selected AMS. To help me with things for the house. I pay ever month. Help pleae.

Since June 10th I've been getting passed around on the status of the repair of my washer. I have spoken to the appliance purchase dept., customer service dept. And although they say the part to repare my washer was delivered to the contractor no one can contact the contractor or tell me when my washer will be repaired. Today I was told my issue was passed to contract relations and that they had sent a "e-mail" to the contractor, but no one could give me a number for contract relations so I could follow up. At this point I just want another washer.

AHS sent me an email to contact them immediately. Called and was disconnected eight times while waiting. Finally I got the recording your call is important to us. Please stay on The line and The next available representative will assist you. I called at 7:03 on and still waiting and it's nine pm. I pay almost $50 a month and this is the kind of service you provide? I've been a customer for about 20 years of more I'VE TRIED 4-5 DIFFERENT NUMBERS AND GET DISCONNECTED OR JUST HEAR MUSIC. WHY CAN I TALK TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP? AHS ASKED ME TO CONTACT AND IMMEDIATELY. WHAT AN U PAYING FOR. YOU TAKE MY MONEY EVERY MONTH REGULARLY BUT I CAN'T SPEAK WITH A REPRESENTATIVE? WOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS TYPE OF SERVICE? I WOULD LIKE TO TALK WITH THE CEO -REXFORD TIBBENS? NOT ACCEPTABLE.

I'm going to the consumers affairs department as well as filing a complaint with the CFPB I have never been so disrespected, I have been dealing with a problem that was covered under my warranty, I had to have a plumber come because of a leak, in to area's of my two story house Emergency plumbers were called and they did nothing, and mis-diagnosed the problem, I called back and you sent out another plumber that one correctly repaired the problems I have called multiple time 4-5 at least requesting a supervisor when I finally get one they state I have to pay and hang up on me I have paid everything I owe I pay my monthly premiums I do everything I am supposed to do, your agent are rude Cond -instating have no customer service skills they are impossible to understand talk over you and do not listen I have never been treated so poorly, every time I have called to talk some and I am sure based on the history you can see its been a lot I get hung up on and the problem is not resolved. I want someone with authority to contact me 909-938-2464.

This phone number is gives the same lack of customer service as the other numbers AHS provides. No live person answers the phone and the hold time are anywhere from 20 - 60 minutes. Then the live person puts you on hold and you are eventually disconnected.

I am a very upset customer I have been dealing with just getting my brand new air condition unit finished and I have been getting the run around. My husband and I have been beyond nice and now American home shield is leaving me no choice to get a lawyer.

My name is Michael T Jones account number (now) 258 273 512) I contacted AHS on Thursday July 11th regarding my broken kitchen faucet; On Friday July 12th Matt with Flowright came to my home, informed me my faucet needed to replace (stating the type of faucet I had was discontinued; I told him, I'd had that faucet since I'd purchased my condo 11 years ago) he then stated he'd be back at my place with a new faucet no later than Tuesday the 16th. Now Matt with Flowright no longer answers my calls and each time I've called AHS I'm given a different story regarding Matt and continuously told he would call me; to this date Matt has not called. I have been calling AHS regularly to the point where as I've talked to a young lady named Angela with AHS (on) Thursday the 17th at 4:55pm (she stated, she'd investigate and call by Friday evening). Friday came and went still no call or resolution. Today Sunday/Monday 21/22nd whenever this message will be read/handled; 12-days since my kitchen faucet broke) and I have yet to get a new/replacement. I need someone from management to resolve this problem, due to me not getting anywhere in calling the 800 number at AHS or Matt with Flowright. OR let me know whether I need to cancel my contract with AHS, after years of great service.

I had originally called American Home on December 21, 2019 for my down stairs toilet and they could not get to me until December 26, 2019, which was Plumbing Enterprises, LLC and they could not completed the job. I called American Home Shield again and explained that my toilet is still over-flowing and then they sent out My Good Plumber and he was able to clear the line and I thought everything is OK. As of Saturday, January four, 2020 the toilet over-flowed again I called again. American Hold shield told me that they put in a recall for My Good Plumber and I called them and My Good Plumber stated that they will not come out again and they will As of today, I have called American Home Shield five times pleading to get a plumber out here to please fix this situation so my and my husband can use the shower and the toilets again. American Home Shield told me that they will have to charge me another $100. 00 to send out the same plumber - My Good Plumber to have them come out and fix the issue. As of today date January six, 2020, my toilet is still broken and over-flowing and now my insurance company has called in professionals to dry the entire downstairs - pull up all of my wall to wall carpeting and cut my walls to prevent molding. This is unacceptable. My insurance company has asked the same question - why is it taken American Home Shield so long to fix my downstairs toilet? I really feel that me and my husband were not treated correctly by American Home Shield and every call that I made to American Home Shield, I did explain (this is an emergency) because its that toilet is flooding my down stair basement to the point that I have now had to make a claim with my insurance company to repair the flooding damages downstairs. Me and my husband have not been able to use the shower since December 21, 2019 when I first called this in to American Home Shield. As of today, we still have yet to get a plumber out to my house. This is unacceptable treatment.

9:00am 2/28/2020 - Hot water heater starts leaking. 2/28/2020 - After phone conversations with many people from AHS and being disconnected several times a Tech Arrived at 5:00pm only cause he had a cancelation. The Tech says OK yup its leaking at the top and it is usual wear and tear and needs to be replaced. He removes old heater and installs new pipe in the same locations where the old pipe was located and then informed me this was a modification and it would cost me $325. 00. I assumed this was covered as a new unit could not function without these pipes that got removed. 3/02/2020 Tech arrives and refuses to install water heater unless I agree to pay for the ''modification'' that was merely new pipes worth a cost of $25. 00. THIS IS NOT A MODIFICATION. Its standard practice to replace those when installing a new hot water heater. Does America Home Shield charge extra to power up a ceiling fan AFTER its been installed? Its probably hidden in the contact somewhere. I have had AHS for over 13 years now NOT AFTER THIS SCAM.

My wash machine have been broken for almost two months. The technician said the board needed to be replaced. Well, he replaced two, and my washer is still dead and not working. I have called AHS several times, after being on hold for 45mins to an hours to be told a supervisor will call you back. Last time was yesterday, when the person said, a supervisor will call you back in 30 minutes. I am still waiting. I am 81 years old, and having to go out in the Pandemic to wash for me and my 86 year with health problems. I really need my washer working. Thank you.

Several weeks ago I reported two problems, one was my oven and one was my cooktop. Two different repairmen came out to address each. They determined that the problems could not be fixed. AHS offered me replacement values for each as below: Cooktop, AHS number 565150072 $1446. 08 Oven, AHS number 565149662 $1650. 96 Total $3097. 04 I sent AHS an invoice for the purchase price of each as directed. The reply from AHS was dated 7-20-20 saying I should receive a check in 21 business days. I have yet to receive my check and cannot get an answer on any of the numbers provided me (never ending hold). Please help.

I am really disgusted with AHS service and lack of co-ordination to fix my leak in the pipe. Even tried to raise the matter with agent and was informed that I will get a call with four hours and that did not happen. I still have a leak and it is damaging the wall.

AHS is in violation of my contract by failing to provide service for 12-days on Heat Pump in Veneta OR. I have been wasting hours every day for 12-days while Customer Service starts a NEW Work Order, but fails to secure a contractor of my rental property located at: 87853 8th Street, Veneta OR. I am cancelling TWO Contracts as a result. Customer since 1990 on 2-3 contracts per year. 541-600-0595.

12/8 service call for heater repair. After three calls to the company and them not showing up I called an AHS representative. 12/22 the AHS representative offered a 12/30 appointment and five more days of no heat. I am 70 years old and this is my only heater. The contractor they offered is 54 miles away. Do they really believe he will show up for the $75 service fee and drive 108 miles round trip with approximately two 1/2 hours of driving time? I am skeptical and told them so. They will try to find someone else and let me know within 24 hours what the outcome is. Really, that service level is horrible.

Mr. Rex Tibbens, My wife had a contract for years on our home at the above address. I called your company in June of 2020, to tell them our house was sold and we we ending our contract. In August I get a call about me owing a bill, Then I was told we didn't. Now in November I get a letter from SunTrust Bank, telling me I missed a credit card payment for $20. And the balance on my account was $75. 00. I won't bore you with the whole story, but the bottom line is this. Someone from your company put a contract in my name, without my authorization and then billed a credit card that I paid off four years ago and have not used since, again without my authorization. I spoke to Mr. Ron Ballman in the Seattle, WA. Office and said he would get the info to the proper people. Nothing has happened and since that phone call, SunTrust Bank has sent me two more letters for not making a payment. The balance is now $134. 00. I call SunTrust Bank today, and they are starting an Investigation. I am a Retired Police Detective from New York and a Retired Detective Sergeant from Florida.
