I received a phone message saying Amazon is going to charge my bank account 128. 00 I didn't order anything or accept any charges. I DO NOT WANT ANY THING FROM YOUR COMPANY AND YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO GET INTO TO MY BANK ACCOUNT. You need to cancel all dealings with me starting today 03-27-2020. I will not except any charges from your company. LEAVE ME ALONE.

I couldn't talk to a human being. All your company wanted to do was have me purchase a medical alert necklace. I tried to call again and you wouldn't let my call go through. I am very pissed off right now. I repeat. I do NOT any products or services you have to offer. I do Not want your company to bother me or try to get into my bank account. I subscribed for Amazon prime debt discount program, but was given the regular program which cost $12. 99 monthly. First $1. 44 was taken off my card, then $12. 99 was taken off the same card. When only $5. 99 should have been taken since I do get food stamps, Medicaid and I am a senior citizen. Please correct the error.

I keep getting messages that my account has been compromised. I canceled my account several months ago when the price raised too high. Please correct this. It could be spam, I don’t know. I recently changed my bank card number because someone hacked into my account. I don’t know if it was from someone posing as an Amazon employee. I currently owe no bills to Amazon.
