Alamo Drafthouse Contact number, Address, Customer Service

Dear alamo drafthouse Corporate Office; I am emailing your Corporate Office over an issues I had with getting tickets at the Springfield Missouri Facility. I went on line to review and to purchase tickets. I was using a gift card for part of the purchase and a credit card for the remain purchase. Since I was using a gift card, the website did not bring up the full order purchase detailing the final cost until I click the order ticket button. When I did that the order receipt button came up and it detailed that alamo drafthouse charged me a $2. 76 online booking fee. This is what made me mad. I do not and will not pay for an online booking fee. I feel as expensive as movies are getting that an additional online booking fee is not worth the money for the movie. So I drove in to the local alamo drafthouse to get refund on the tickets. If I knew there was a online booking fee I would have drove in any way. The manager at the local alamo drafthouse in Springfield Missouri (Brain) was pretty rude. All he would say is that we can only refund the price of the tickets and the online booking fee. Again very poor business practice. So bottom line is, because to the $2. 76 online booking fee, the rude Springfield Manager, and not refunding the online booking fee when I requested; is that I will never, ever, purchase another ticket or go see another movie at any alamo drafthouse Theater. I will take my business elsewhere to any other theater, other then alamo drafthouse. Sincerely William Stephen castephen@aol.com 417-988-1658.
