Hello, I would like to seek your help with regards to my brother's predicament. He is currently hospitalized at UST hospital and was already ordered discharge, but because our family could not come up yet with the full payment of his bill, theu won't release him inspite of our promise to pay the balance. The bill is over 300k and as far as I know the balnce is merely 73k. They won't even give his wife the final bill which includes the doctors' fees not unless we pay everything in full. But how on earth will we know if they do not tell us. Sobrang panggigipit ito sa kapatid. Where is their compasssion. My brother is indigent and as his sister, I am shouldering his medical expenses. All I need is for them to release my brother ASAp since I do promise to pay the rest of the bill sometime next week. Please help me.
